We are situated in the town of Cappoquin, in a beautifully wooded valley on the banks of River Blackwater, with its many bars, large supermarket, fishing tackle shop, traditional bakery, and large Community Centre, etc. A visit is a must. You will find a friendly atmosphere wherever you go, and there's always something to do. Many excellent restaurants close by.








Local Attractions(Fishing)

Fishing is the main attraction. Salmon, trout and Coarse fishing for roach and dace. Sea fishing can be arranged in Dungarvan with a great skipper and tackle supplied. Day trips are a must for fishing to Fermoy, Ballysunnock Reservoir, and Fermoy reservoir 20 miles approx.

Golfing in the area is huge with 4 golf courses within 10 miles. A short 4 miles away in Lismore there is a great 9-hole golf course and 3 18-hole courses in Dungarvan. and more toward Waterford.

Lovely seasides are all around us, with Clonea, Ardmore, and Youghal, etc.

Situated at the foot of the Knockmealdown Mountains, scenery, mountain and river walks are very popular.
